In the historic center, about 3 minutes walk from the main monuments, next to the Cathedral and the Alcázarla, Plaza Nueva.... In the Arenal, Guadalquivir River and Triana.
It is characterized by stylish furniture that creates an elegant and comfortable space. Apartment designed for your rest.
The entire apartment will be at your disposal with the house ready and prepared for your stay.

Great location and flat but virtually no sound insulation
Great flat, good size, well appointed. Comfy beds and very clean throughout. The bathroom needs a little TLC (shower handles broken, water not draining) and 1 small towel per person is a little tight. But overall great stay. The reason for the mark down is due to the street noise. There are a couple of bars around and the windows don't block any noise,which made for pretty poor sleep. The noise coming from the street was so loud it just felt like the windows were open.
