「Very friendly and helpful staffs, historical building with not very good sound- proofing, overall experience is good.」

「Hotel is generally clean and tidy. There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk」

「Good」

「Good location as located in town centre which easy to access any sightseeing areas. Housekeeping is excellent as tidy up our sleeping clothes actively. Front desk staff (2 ladies and 1 man) are friendly and helpful. Good memories for us.」

「Quite good. But the hotel is a bit far away from the city centre. It took quite a long time for transportation.」

「Excellent experience! The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. Their outstanding hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay.」

「Nice staff Very good breakfast Excellent location」
