Très calme, confortable et bien équipé

Très calme balcon agréable, appartement fonctionnel Rien à voir avec l hôte et l appartement, entrée de l immeuble un peu particulier, en voiture ça va, a pieds, il faut penser à se repérer, l appartement est à l étage, mais pour sortir à pieds il faut monter à l ascenseur pour redescendre ensuite.

Relajante y Confortable

Es un apartamento que en nuestro caso no incluye desayuno, el apartamento es muy acogedor, limpio, espacioso con un balcón muy agradable y vista a la montaña y lago parcial. Un poco complicado el estacionamiento y acceso al edificio pero ya al segundo día te ubicas fácilmente. Lo repetiría 100%, nos encanto. Punto a favor, estacionamiento (seguro y bajo techo). El Stress para recibir el Apto Hicimos un viaje muy largo para llegar a Annecy, 10horas + 1:30 horas de avión y luego 45 min en auto desde Ginebra. Desde que salimos de nuestro país, viajamos con este stress hasta que llegamos a Amsterdam (Schipol) donde conseguimos WiFi y recibimos un mensaje del Anfitrión que muy amablemente nos explico como recoger las llaves y acceder al apto, por fotos y escrito fue muy especifico lo cual fue de gran ayuda. El resto de los dias siempre fue muy atento a nuestras preguntas via WhatsAPP , muchas gracias CERDIC. No entiendo si cobran una tarifa por limpieza, porque debemos organizar toallas, botar las bolsas de basura etc. Favor tomar en cuanta este punto

Séjour parfait. L’appartement est très agréable et bien équipé. A noter : cafetière nespresso vertuo (donc pas les petites capsules ‘standard’). Nous avons apprécié la proximité du centre ville d’Annecy et du lac. Nous avions des velos ce qui a facilité nettement nos déplacements (parking à vélo sécurisé dans la résidence). Agence de location à recommander.

Un lac, une vue, de la tranquillité... que demander de mieux

Cet appartement est un réel cocon de calme, surtout au mois d'avril. Avec mon conjoint et mon chien nous avons passé un séjour magique et ressourçant. Nous avons profitez des magnifiques balades du lac d'Annecy qui se situent aux pieds de l'appartement, ainsi que de la proximité du centre ville. Merci à l'agence LLA Selections pour sa disponibilité, son savoir-faire et son professionnalisme. Nous reviendrons et je recommande vivement ! AUCUN !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement, tres agréable, de part sa situation, ses espaces, la terrasse , les équipements, le mobilier, sa fraîcheur, le calme, l'électromenager et les ustensiles de qualité. Tout y est bien pensé.logement recommandé. Prévenir les clients de la hauteur limitée du plafond du parking souterrain (sauf si c'est déjà indiqué dans l'annonce), en cas de présence d'un coffre de toit.

Our October 5day stay

Absolutely everything, brand new apartment, everything in the apartment works perfectly. Very nice patio and view. Nice outdoor furniture. Very safe and secure. The access to the apartment via the garage is a bit of a problem especially if taking luggage and shopping via first stairs then to the lift.
