「Place was nice and quiet, a street away from the town hall, and walkable to the historic districts. Staff are friendly and nice, room was spacious. 」

「We had the most incredible stay in Annapolis at the Marriot. The staff was AMAZING from the front desk to the kitchen staff they went out of their way to make us feel at home!!!! We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Everything was so clean!!! Beautiful hotel and amenities.」

「It was our first time in the area so this hotel made the experience great all around. Everything was clean, the food was super good too! We ate breakfast two days in a row and ordered dinner and all meals were hot, fresh and delicious. The area where the hotel is at is convenient but it seems the gps isn’t the best for getting around as our transportation from the airport got lost and we had uber drivers get lost as well, but we walked across the street to the mall twice and it’s fairly quick...

「Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.」

「Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??」

「When we arrived people were still checking out because of the problem with the elevators. So we have to wait for the room to be cleaned. We booked a handicap room but was giving a standard room I called down to the desk and they did move us to a handicap room. The Restaurant was closed for remodeling. One of the two elevators was not working. The hallways were hot. The a/c was working in our room just fine. It could be a nice place to stay. The location is great for someone that wants to shop...
