"The original room we had was lovely - however, we had an issue with the tap in the bathroom and we were quickly assigned another room which wasn't quite as large but still really nice - the receptionist then offered us the choice of two other rooms for the second night of our stay - we chose the larger of the two and was not disappointed. The room was absolutely lovely. We would like to praise the staff for their reactive response to the initial issue that we had - these things happen and it the response and customer care we received was excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, very well situated and breakfast was also excellent. Would definitely recommend. "

"Everything about our stay was made easy! From the detailed information, to the cosy rooms; the perfect location, to the ever helpful communication from the lovely owner. I needed an stress-free few days away…and my young boys & I loved our stay. Having private parking and being immediately behind Shakespeare’s birth place, made this so convenient for nipping back. Completely recommend!!"

"Wonderful stay with a very well appointed flat. Extremely clean and well cared for. Only note is that the flat is on a busy service road, bedrooms facing road, and can be on the noisier side. Central location. "
