“There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. “The room was comfortable and warm, with everything we needed.
The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn't have done enough for us. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
The only comment I would make is that plates should be warmed (our evening meal and breakfast was lukewarm, due to cold plates). (Heatlamp doesn't warm plates sufficiently). Also, the music, during breakfast was too loud...however, it was turned down when requested.
Having said that; this didn't take anything away from……
