"I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this location. I thought Hilton could never go wrong; however, this location really disappointed me. First, the WiFi was a joke. I could not even load a picture on WeChat with the WiFi. If you are planning to stay here for a business trip and need to connect to the internet to get your work done. Good luck.
Second, the temperature in the room was not adjustable. I woke up few times in the middle of the night because it was too hot! When I complained to the hotel, I was told to open the window for cool air. ?!?! Okay. If I open the window for better circulation, I need to have the curtain open. The room would be hot from the sun during day time. Or you want to sleep with the window and curtain opened?? They offered a cooling fan at the beginning but later was told that they run out of it (which I believe I was not the only complaining). The next day, they said they might be able to get me one after other guests check out and would send to my room. But NOTHING when I went back to the room. I had to complain again for them to offered me to change to a room on the other side of the building with less sun exposure. And they FINALLY get me a cooling fan. And how funny to see a mini fan in a hotel like Hilton. There are many good hotels out there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A COMFORT STAY. "
