"The Portman Ritz-Carlton Shanghai is located at the old French Concession, one of the city's most exclusive neighborhoods and also very convenient shopping district. Many restaurants and several shopping malls are steps away from the hotel. It's also very close to subway station. The property has an upscale appearance inside and out. Most staffs were pleasantly polite and helpful; room was clean and well equipped; breakfast buffet selection was quality and substantial. It'd be my first choice when I return to Shanghai next trip. "

"Accessible within the airport complex, from terminal to hotel not a single second to be exposed to the elements. Though it's such a big airport, took me a while and walking back and forth to find the hotel entrance. Signage could be a bit better and clearer. Other than that, no complaints."
