"Hotel is very nice and feels luxurious. Housekeeping staff were friendly, most others were ok as well. Stella Jin was very courteous and helpful with processing our tax refund at the hotel. It was a free service so look for her when staying here. It's not listed but there is hot tub, steam and sauna in the men's changing room on the pool level! Free for hotel guests."

"Beautiful modern room. Pleasant staff who want to please . Great central location for stroll to Bund, to gardens and to metro. Breakfast is flexible though a couple of tweaks wd be desirable eg spoons, hot plates, Englishstyle tea or teabags with milk."

"This hotel has become my home in Shanghai after more than 15 years of staying here. The staff are consistently courteous, professional, and exceptionally helpful. For instance, the concierge David assisted me in scheduling a doctor’s appointment during an emergency situation. Their friendliness and care make them feel like close friends"

"Stayed here for a 1 night layover. I was impressed with the hotel and the room. Air con in the room was perfect and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I'll certainly look to book here again when I return. I had one problem and that was finding the hotel after going out. The location in Google maps and Amap is wrong. I hope this can be updated. The location is correct in the Didi taxi app however."

"We stayed one night in advance of a morning flight from Pudong airport so as not to stress in the morning. The hotel is well situated close to the metro and between both terminals. Staff were efficient at check in and helpful. Very clean and quiet room with plenty of space."
