“poor location
there's no any transportation choices other than Taxi at the door.
I had to take a taxi to the nearest bus station which is 15 mins away by driving then took another 30 minutes local bus ride to the "nearest" metro station which was terrible in the heat of Dubai.
no free wifi connection in the room
However, the good side is the room is generally clean.
the bed was comfortable

“The housekeeping staff mistakenly threw away my envelope enclosed with 1400 USD equivalent cash. At first I thought the staff stole it as I went out for business during the day and left the envelope on the lamp table. the Assistant manager fervently denied this allegation instead of doing more to help me, so after the altercation I decided to seek official help.
