What she didn't let us know was we lost out on our view, which was the purpose of booking. Then this suite "upgrade" was not cleaned too well - someone's fake nails were on the floor. Was not too thrilled with our stay. "

"I paid for xtra for the deluxe room and it was no upgrade room needs a TLC I have pictures the beds were small like full beds customer service at the desk impolite and I have been charge twice the parking when I check in at 5:00 pm $20 and on the check out $25 on the parking exit machines too much definitely I will never stay on this hotel anymore "

"Only certain rooms have a fridge and microwave which is bad for parents with babies. Sometimes they can't afford a higher level room but shouldn't be denied a fridge and or microwave "

"I would definitely stay at another hotel resort Luxor looks pretty rundown"
