"Stayed one night, at 1:30 am adjourning room was blasting music, call front desk 30 mins later bell desk picked up phone. Gave complaint. Also very poor signs to guide you to self park, especially for seniors like us. Will never stay here again."

"Such a luxury and expensive hotel, but lack many things the small hotels offers. Parking is not free and take a long walk to get to your car, no breakfast, no simple hotwater pot for coffee or tea making. Only good things is it's on the strip."

"Doesn't even try to accommodate request of connecting room even though the request was made 3 months ago for my sister and her family, Towels looks old and not looks clean, no fridge and no coffee maker in the room, some room have fridge, some towels looks dirty white in color , no water refilling stations. Most definitely f the staff are friendly especially the one cleaning the rooms, guest service staff are not that helpful. Will not go back there."
