「This house and visit overall was spectacular. Rorke was incredibly responsive, the house was very clean, there were many helpful little notes about the quirks of the house, and the location right on the river could not be more peaceful and ideal. 」

「Comfortable and right at the C&O trail, so easy to take lovely walks. The house is clean, the kitchen and dining spaces more than adequate, multiple common areas are nice, as are bedrooms. Minor issue in that it seems the visitors before us made the remote for the downstairs tv disappear. Connection via phone, text etc can be spotty unless you're on the houses wifi, which worked well.」

「The most relaxing vacation. The backyard and gardens are breathtaking, and you’ll never want to leave the cabin; the mountain view’s from the porch are to die for and the stargazing at night is unbelievable. The owners were so sweet and easy to contact. It was such a wonderful stay, we are definitely coming back again. 」

「Perfect place to stay in Harper’s Ferry. Cottage is exactly as pictured nestled on a quiet street. Very clean , comfortable and beautifully decorated. The fenced yard was large and the perfect area for the dog to run in. The hosts were pleasant and responsive.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is perfect for exploring Harpers Ferry, within walking distance to everything. The cottage is well equipped, clean and cozy, perfect for a couples get away, would book again if returning to HF. The owner was very communicated, had well organized info for the stay and was easy to work with」

「The outdoor spaces exceeded my expectations of the property. There is ample space on the deck, the yard is enjoable with the views and firepit, and the front porch rocking chairs are relaxing with a cup of coffee and litening to the gentle rain.Young adults enjoyed the game room. My only suggestion would be to replace mattress in 1st floor bedroom, it sinks a little. That is a small inconvenience considering that everything else was lively and the kitchen was well supplied with cooking tools.」

「Host is super responsive, checkin/out was a breeze. We are a group of adventure (biking, hiking, rafting, etc) gals who pick a destination for 4 days/3 nights once a year. I look for a CLEAN, affordable, centrally located VRBO that has multiple bathrooms & bedrooms, a/c, outdoor amenities and a large, well lit common area. This property was PERFECT for us in every regard! It is well appointed with everything we needed. The trail down to the river is steep - we only did it once but nearby...
