Welcome to Holloway Chalet, a spacious 4-bedroom + loft retreat nestled in the exclusive, gated Ridgetop Subdivision of scenic Shaver Lake. Perfect for families and groups, our mountain home offers comfort, fun, and breathtaking views of the San Joaquin Valley.
Accommodations:
• 4 Bedrooms + Cozy Loft – Sleeps up to 10 guests
• 2.5 Bathrooms – Fully stocked with essentials
• 3 Televisions throughout the home
Living & Entertainment:
• Classic Stone Fireplace – Enjoy warm, rustic evenings
• Spacious Family Room – Flooded with natural light and beautiful forest views
• Fully Equipped Kitchen – Ideal for home-cooked meals and gatherings
• Expansive Deck – Featuring a private hot tub, BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, and stunning valley vistas
• Paved Driveway – Ample parking, including a basketball hoop
Game & Recreation Areas:
• Garage Game Room + Bar – Enjoy a pool table, ping pong table, and a stylish bar for evening fun
• Indoor Games – Foosball, darts, UNO, chess, checkers, and more
• Loft TV Lounge – Relax on comfy couches with a smart TV and stargaze using our Galileo telescope

Guest Access:
Guests will have full and private access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes:
The living spaces and bedrooms
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area
The expansive deck with its hot tub and BBQ station
The garage game room with a pool table, ping pong, and bar
Indoor entertainment areas, including the loft TV lounge and game stations
The Neighborhood:
Located in the tranquil Ridgetop Subdivision, a private, gated community, you’ll enjoy peace and privacy while being just minutes away from all the action. The neighborhood offers access to scenic hiking trails, including a beautiful creek at the end of the street, perfect for nature walks and outdoor activities. With a mix of seasonal beauty—whether it’s the clear skies and mountain views in summer or the perfect sledding spots in winter—this is a truly serene location for a getaway.
The community is safe and quiet, ideal for family stays or groups looking to relax and enjoy nature, yet close enough to Shaver Lake for boating and water fun, or China Peak for winter sports.
Getting Around:
Shaver Lake is just 10 minutes away, offering boating, fishing, and other water activities
The town is only less than 10 minutes away, where you’ll find food, dining, shopping, and essentials
China Peak is just 35 minutes for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain adventures
For those traveling by car, there is ample paved parking available at the property

Boat Parking Available – Boat turnaround at the street is first-come, first-served
Please Do Not Move the Pool Table – It is leveled and very heavy; moving it may cause damage or injury.
