"Nice hotel, pleasant staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable but very small. Unfortunately other hotel residents were extremely inconsiderate and noisy which ruined it a bit for others. The menu at the restaurant was also a bit pretentious and seemed very limited in its offering. The bar is in reception and right by the front door so you dont really feel like you're in a bar which was a shame. Otherwise we had a pleasant enough stay."

The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with stunning Marina Bay views. Service was impeccable—staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming. Perfect location within walking distance to Marina Bay Sands and great shopping. Would definitely stay again."

"Good, clean, central location to stay, similar to other Ibis hotels that I have stayed. Our only complaint is the hotel upgrades reduce the number of elevators available and the gym was closed during our visit."

The service at the lounge was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Steve and the entire Level 38 team for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast at Edge was another standout. The quality and variety of the buffet were top-notch, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. Every detail, from the food to the service, was handled with care and professionalism. From check-in to check-out, everything felt seamless. The staff across the hotel were consistently friendly, helpful, and made our anniversary feel extra special. In a nutshell, everything was perfect. "This is a beautiful centrally located hotel in Singapore. It is close to the riverfront. The great breakfast buffet for $20 daily is a real fine. They were very responses to our needs like an extra blanket and charging equipment. Only negative: They forgot to resupply the wash cloths. The staff was accommodating and very kind."
