「The unit was great, really clean and cute! Very spacious! The location was fantastic. The owners were communicative and helpful. They even pinged us to let us know when the unit was ready in case we needed to check in early. This will be our #1 place to stay for our future visits to Lawrence. We highly recommend it. 」

「Absolutely loved this location. It was a quick walk in either direction, Mass St or KU Campus. We came for Crimson and Blue day at KU and this was the perfect place to stay for our family of three. The rooms were super cute and the whole apartment was colorful and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was a breeze and entry into the bldg & apartment was simple. Communication was prompt and thorough. We would happily stay here again for our next visit to Lawrence. 」

「This property is managed by a property management company. They were responsive to communications (and we appreciated that), but seem to have had no flexibility about anything outside policy. Written responses were all pro forma and impersonal.Checking in was a disaster. The door-lock mechanisms did not work and it took a long time late in the evening to contact the management. It was frustrating trying to resolve the locking/unlocking mechanism over the phone. I felt sorry for the agent, who...
