“There was a leak in the kitchen. The upstairs neighbours steps are very loud. Good parking. Good appliances in the kitchen.”

“What a great space! It was exactly as promised. The location is close to the Dartmouth harbour and downtown. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. And the place was CLEAN. Giving a 5 star review is easy.”

“The place was not the cleanest. The bed is very hard and was a double which would have been nice to know in the listing but it doesn’t say what size the bed is. It is a louder place with people above you with kids running and people walking around. There is also a hot plate in the place but a sign that says you aren’t allowed to cook only heat things up. Overall the place was okay and the host was responsive but I would not recommend this place.”

“Conveniently located in the South End of downtown Halifax, this VRBO is in an amazing location. It’s a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, Queen’s Marque, and the Public Gardens. I enjoyed the area and felt very safe walking everywhere. The Blue George room looked generally like the listing, but the decor felt less refined in person than in the photos. There was no AC in this unit, but the fan worked well to cool the room. It may be helpful for travelers expecting a traditional……

“Not at all like the review pictures , presented. We were all shocked when we entered the basement apartment. It smelled old / musty & looked like it was from the 70s, mis- matched old furniture First & foremost there was "no" book of instructions/ guide lines. .It was exktremely cold & damp when we entered had to call the host to ask to turn up the heat or where to turn it up ! The lay- out was bizarre. You had to go thru 1 bedroom to get to the kitchen. In the kitchen only 1 ……
