“Quite noise in the room”

“Quarto estava imundo! Banheiro usado com marcas, no banheiro tinha uns baldes para banho, estava todo sujo, jogo de cama sujo, ar condicionado nao funcionava… cheguei estava todo mundo dormindo no sofa da recepção… a noite toda houve uma gritaria no corredor… nao me senti seguro, alguns momentos fiquei com medo”

“The staff members were kind, giving us free water bottles. But the room was really dirty, noisy, the AC worked partially, the area was not reccomendable. The pictures on the booking webside did not look like the room itself, as the room was terrible and dirty. Don’t reccomend it!”

“I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened. This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of……
