For security purposes, a Blink camera is installed outside the property, and a Minut noise monitoring device is located in the lounge and patio areas.



Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please maintain low noise levels at all times, especially in the garden. Parties are not permitted.

If you're travelling with family or friends, the double sized sofa bed in the living area ensures everyone has a cosy spot to sleep.

There are two modern and spacious bathrooms; one has a large full-sized bath, and one has a walk-in shower. Whether you're looking to start your day with an invigorating shower or unwind with a relaxing bath in the evening, our apartment offers the perfect amenities. White fluffy towels and a starter pack of toiletries are waiting for you to slip into a bubble bath.



Equipped Kitchen



The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances and ample storage space. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or prefer quick meals, our kitchen caters to all your needs. There will be also some basic cleaning supplies and bin bags to get you started.
