「The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful. However, we had two rooms because we were in town for a softball tournament. In one room the ac went out and it was horribly hot. In the other you couldn't shower because the water was brown. These issues were reported to the desk 3 times and no one ever came to either room. Expedia would not refund our money because they could never speak to the manager, he refused to take their calls.」

「A lousy truck stopped by the hotel, and it’s a Compressor Refrigeration Trucks! You have no idea how horrible this noise sounds like heavily! It all day long!」

「There needs to be some improvements in the physical environment. Ceiling in the bedroom was peeling and upholstered chair and desk chair wear very worn.」

「The breakfast was continental as stated but was hoping for eggs and meat. Also no coffee in the room. When I arrived to check-in the power was mostly out due to storms but the manager helped me get into a room and even carried my bag up three flights of steps. Great customer service from this manager!!」

「HVAC unit in room was extremely noisy. Each time the unit came on there was excess noise that would wake you up.」

「Basic room. Air worked great. They were in the process of a remodel. If you need a room with a bed to sleep in for cheap, this is your place.」

「I liked their Executive Suite because not only of the kitchenette w/it's own sink but plenty of space.」

「One of the filthiest, bug-filled motels I’ve ever encountered. And, as added bonuses, the TV didn’t work and the door lock didn’t work.」

「The room was ok & the beds were actually pretty good but the bathroom was honestly kind of gross. There was what appeared to be a new tub surround, but there was mold around it. The tub had been repainted at some point and the paint was peeling and stained. The baseboards were dirty. Honestly, had there been another hotel that was open nearby & if we'd been able to get a refund, we most likely would have gone somewhere else.」

「The basic concept was Fair, at Best. The beds were uncomfortable, the bath linens were dingy, from repeated use. The bathroom was outdated, bad wall paper hanging, as well as terrible caulk repairs. The “complimentary breakfast” was again Fair. Small breakfast nook, food okay. Hotel isn’t crowded, therefore breakfast food isn’t Fresh.」

「Bar and rooftop were great and drinks were excellent. Location was great. However, we had problems with plumbing fixtures, door lock and noisy a/c unit. We felt that price point should’ve involved a full time front desk with baggage assistance. There was no elevator and stairs were required to get to rooms.」
