"Absolutely wonderful hotel. We booked a Horizon club room. Well worth the booking. The room was massive and beautifully designed with great views of the Burg. What made the whole stay so memorable were the staff who were professional, kind, helpful and just lovely to be around, especially the team on level 41. They are stars!"

"Great hotel. We had room 40 with a Burj Khalifa room and it was amazing. Staff were very good and every request was granted. Only thing is there is a long wait for the lifts and they all don't seem to be running at anyone time. Overall a great stay."

"The Tower Plaza Hotel in Dubai is really lovely hotel. It has the best location with the metro rail situated on the door step. The rooms are clean and newly renovated. The rooms are also very spacious. Everybody working here is kind and hospitable. I have to give a special mention to Aicha at the front desk. She is really top class. So kind and friendly and she provided me and my family with excellent service. Its because of people like her that hotels like The Tower plaza are 5 star. Thank you Aicha. Just 1 small issue. Housekeeping needs to improve. There were times i had no towels no water no tissue paper. However everything was great. "
