「We had an amazing stay in this magical apartment. Sandip at Heaven Crest relay supported us during the stay and did all in his power to make things perfect. The apartment is 5 min walk from Dubai mall and we had a room with view of the ocean. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The gym was well equipped and the pool area had a fantastic view of Burj Kalifa」

「The location cant be beat, its super convenient with access to the Dubai mall through the lo by of the hotel. The nightly coat was a bit higher than expected, in the fine print theee was a high cleaning charge as this is a private residence. I checked the cost compared to the kempinski hotel which is in the same building and it is less. I did notice that the room was not cleaned as shoild be but it was decent. 」

「We received all the information we needed before check-in, and when we landed in Dubai there were a WhatsApp message from our host Via. We wrote our expected arrival time and she met us in the appartment lobby even though it was 2 AM. She showed us the appartment and provided all the information we needed for our stay. Sorry Via, if we didn’t pay attention to what you said, but we were straight away mesmerized by the view. The view is simply fantastic. You never tire of admiring Burj...

「It’s an Air b&b style apartment. No housekeeping service after checked in, no toiletries refills. You have to clean your apartment yourself daily. It was not mentioned anywhere. Pool is very narrow. Only the location and view is amazing.」
