「Darla at the front desk and Collette, the General Manager were extremely helpful, courteous, friendly. They made check in very easy and quick. They provided a first floor for ease of access for myself, my friend and her service dog. The room is clean, beds are comfortable, there’s room to move around. 「Lovely hotel and staff were very helpful only downside to staying here on a Sunday was only 1 restaurant and subway were open. Also the hotel is next to a railway line and the freight train sounds it's horn, it feels like it's in the room although it only happened once. There is a courtesy light on the sink mirror that kept switching on everytime we moved in bed which was annoying being flooded with light when you're trying to sleep. However, if ever out this way again I would stay here 」
