“Great house for family wedding in Emigrant and side trip to Yellowstone. Lovely view and fantastic kitchen and deck. House was very clean and communication with property manager was great. 30 minutes to north entrance to Yellowstone. Get groceries in Livingston or Bozeman before arriving to property as there isn’t anything around. Small general store nearby for essential. Would stay here again. Everyone in our party loved the house, ”

“We rented this condo to celebrate my niece graduating with her doctorates in OT. It was the perfect spot. Easy access to Yellowstone Hot springs and Livingston, quiet and clean. Bernie was great at communicating with us when we had questions. ”

Multiple floors with other guests. Also campers blocking view to the river. But still a clean, great place we would stay again. ”

“This property has an amazing view and large enough for a group. The kitchen was well organized and had the cooking utensils required to cook and feed six of us. The two bedrooms upstairs had enough room for two adults and then two beds downstairs had bunks with doubles. If you have a boat it’s a quick drive or walk down to the docks. We would definitely book this place again! ”
