「Friendly staff, clean room and tasty breakfast. Good location for our weekend stay in Guernsey - easy access via bus and taxi to Cobo Bay, Port Soif and Vazon Bay as well as to St Peter Port. Short drive from the airport too. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant but it was very busy and the seafood looked good!! I would recommend the hotel」

「This hotel is a good quality place to stay. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was wide ranging, although they only display a limited range of milk. Bedroom was ok, nicely decorated but felt a bit old fashioned. The bed was not the most comfortable. There were limited plug sockets and no USB charging ports.」

While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid).
