There were numerous steps to access our room with no lift access (room 30, but the same number of steps for other rooms in this area of the hotel). There was a very large step down from the bedroom to the bathroom. We would be happy to return to The Duke of Normandie should we visit Guernsey again.」

「The Hotel was simply amazing. This is a very genuine review. My friend and I stepped into the hotel and realised how lucky we were to find this place. Staff simply so helpful also the maintenance men who helped me when i needed help. Our room was so large and so well decorated. bathroom was also so big with a really nice big bath, with a really nice shower. Every where was so clean. 「The hotel staff are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is comfortable, if a little dated. You need to let them know if an accessible shower is needed as many rooms have a bathtub shower. The food is available until late evening and the bus stop to town is across the road, while the return stop is just a house away.」
