“The place was very clean, clean sheets , ac, right in front of the beach . A lot of restaurants , stores near by . Great ocean view, I will definitely stay here again .”

“room was decently clean. room got double booked somehow while we were staying there. didn’t really dig how a random couple was in our room while we were occupying it. maybe it was a woopsie daisy i don’t really know. maybe it was because the worker didn’t put us in the system and when they called me back i answered and they started having another convo with someone. i hope next time they get a shower curtain that works and a towel rack. bring back towel racks i think they’re useful. lowkey was……

“The Arrive is fine. It's a clean, updated nice room in a good location. The amenities don't exist, no coffee or breakfast or anything unless you're paying. Parking isn't free, but free parking is easy on the street. The room itself was just ok, clearly an old renovated motel. No body wash, TV remote didn't work, no wifi to be found. Staff, from our experience, was kinda cold and not very friendly. It's fine, but it's not worth $300+ a night.”

“the breakfast was great. I really loved the clerk who checked me in and the clerk who checked me out. I was not happy with the fact that there was no place to put my clothes. I had to keep my clothes in suitcases. I was not happy with that. ”

“Very clean hotel. Expresso and coffee available all day. Only thing was no darkening shades. Some mornings would have been nice to not have the bright sun coming in (not complaining just explaining). Overall the stay was amazing. Will stay again.”

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“It was a comfortable stay for one night. A near by burger place called PT’s Old fashion grill is pretty good.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Vista. Upon first sight it looked like an older motel. However, when we opened that door it was like a home away from home. Everything was tidy and comfortable. The best part was the balcony with the Adirondack chairs and rockers. The view was simply beautiful. Pulling back your curtains from your bed and being able to watch the activity on the ocean, from your bed in the morning, was great! I also loved the fact that it was away from all the crowd of the rest……

“Nice staff. Continental breakfast was perfect. Great location between Wilmington and Carolina Beach. Restaurants next door. Room floor felt a little dirty and wasn't able to use the pool due to chemical testing.”
