Residence Inn is one of my favorite hotels. I love the home away from home aspect. I liked that all the rooms were spacious and not cramped for it to be a two bedroom suite. The amenities were great and the bed was very comfortable.

My room was fine except for the bathroom. The shower needed updating. It was pretty gross. The staff was very nice and helpful! There were restaurants within walking distance. I would stay again with an updated shower.

Just a sweet and hard working staff

Let me tell you! Housekeeping went above and beyond for my family!!! Our daughter had an accident in bed during nap time and they were so quick to help! I can’t even say how thankful we are. The housekeeping manager literally helped me calm down from embarrassment and was so sweet. Everyone from check-in to just walking in the hall was amazing!

The bar was less than desirable. They didn’t have any vodka! Very strange item to be out of at a bar. Would have spent more time there if available. Food at breakfast had a nice variety. Loved the vegetarian options.

The staff was nice and friendly, but the color decor seemed too dark and dreary to me, especially the hallways, which were dark brown. In our room, the bath area sink, had no cold water. Also, the ceiling in the sitting area of our room must have had a bad leak because the repairs made to it was an eye sore. The breakfast was good, though, and parking was convenient. So, 3 stars at the most.

The property is beautifully kept, rooms are spotless, and it is advertised as it truly is. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. I appreciated there was always hot coffee and hot water provided in the lobby along with creamers and hot cocoa mix for anyone staying there. There is even a mini market available in the lobby. Great workout room with many machines and equipment to get workouts in - especially last weekend in November, it was too cold outside to walk. But when the sun is out, there are many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful garden and peaceful surroundings. There’s a convenient and very clean laundry room on the second floor too. This was my first visit to Residence Inn and I enjoyed my stay very much.

Clean and great customer service only problem it had one king bed and hideabeds I prefer two queens. Office said they don’t have rooms with two queens other than that excellent service nice staff very helpful and breakfast was wonderful it had everything from waffles to yogurt . Pool was sparkling and refreshing! They provided towels at pool area
