「Room was great. Staff were able to correct a minor problem with a faulty tv right away. Overall, facility and surrounding area were exceptional.」

「Housekeeping barely came around and when they did it was at 7am when were all sleeping. Had to go down to the front desk anytime we needed towels and toilet paper. Their card readers didn’t work at all so they had to type in peoples card numbers each time. Not safe! Couldn’t buy anything from downstairs after 10pm, parking sucked drain was clogged so bad in the bathroom water wouldn’t go down. Pillows were nasty and outdated. Go buy $4 pillows at Walmart. 「Third floor air did not work as well as the other two floors. Hot breakfast was cold. Pull out sleeper mattress was ripped, stained, had no padding left, and after flipping it over, there was dirt, an open clothes pin, and an old penny. Pull out bedding not provided in room. Something was spilled on the walls and had dried in multiple spots. The staff were super friendly though.」

「The door didn't bolt lock from the inside and our neighbors here were smoking weed the smell was making us sick. Not kid friendly.」

「I supposedly had queen size beds, they felt more like full size to me, also I had the cabana room which is lower level, very hard to bring your belongings down and up stairs, no ramps, maybe it was because of the rough surf, but the water at the beach was not clear, also if the property would supply a broom for each room, people could keep sand swept up, I hate walking on sand in a room, no matter how much you wash off outside, sand will get in there」
