Please drive slowly on the gravel roads (speed limit is 15 mph), especially in bad weather. 4WD is recommended when there is snow or heavy rain. The area is a growing community, so there may be construction noise from time to time. We appreciate your understanding.

This is black bear country. Keep all trash in the outdoor bin with the lid shut, and don't leave coolers, food or pet food outside.
