「Great place to stay near beautiful hiking paths and fun bars!」

「We were a Dad, an adult son and hi two friends, so 4 large guys. The Happy Traveler Cabin was super clean, well stocked and roomy, we were very comfortable. Nicole did a great job and was easy to communicate with. We visit Starve Rock/Matthiesson/Ottawa several times a year, and this location was perfect. I posted a Turkey visitor in the backyard」

「My train was delayed and I called the hotel to confirm that I am still coming and wanted my reservation kept (I called the hotel twice to confirm). On arrival I am told that my reservation was canceled and that there was no room as they resold my reservation. I will never spend another penny with Quality.」

「Customer service was completely lacking for the entire day of check in. I arrived at 11am and asked if checking in early was a possibility. I also offered to pay extra if I needed to since I had a scheduled event to get to. The gentleman declined and said “it’s too early, you have to wait until 3.” I was inconvenienced by this but I was ok with it since it’s the rules.
