「⭐A New Favorite⭐ Better than exected! We expected a comfortable place to stay close to the path of totality for the 2024 eclipse. It looked really too good to be true for the price. It delivered and then some! We had a great time enjoying the outdoors like we exected right on the river, but we even had fun indoors with the pool table, basketball, etc. For a family of seven, having more than enough beds for each of us is a luxury we don't often get! 「My family and I were in the area to support our kids who were playing in a tournament over the weekend. We needed a clean and comfortable place to unwind after walking all day. Marietta’s place suited us perfectly. Just what we needed to rest up. House is well maintained, and neighborhood is quiet. Also, easy access to RT. 30. I’d definitely stay there again next time we’re in town.」

「Manager tells you what rooms you can stay in! Told me he was painting upstairs because of previous renters, saying I could use rooms downstairs. Didn’t think I needed access to the upstairs room. Very rude!!!!! Will text and call your phone days before check in to see how many guest you will have,then he will decide what rooms you can stay in.」
