Welcome to our luxurious hillside retreat in Sherman Oaks! The home is newly painted and equipped with brand-new appliances, designed to make your stay both comfortable and memorable. We are just minutes away and available anytime via VRBO messages or phone if you need anything during your stay.
We can also assist with restaurant reservations for free at nearby shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Our home is walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and cafes. Centrally located near 101, 405, and 170 freeways, making Hollywood, Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory, Getty, UCLA, Beverly Hills, and LA beaches easily accessible. House Rules & Policies:

No parties or events allowed
Maximum of 10 guests
Early check-in and late check-out available upon request (subject to availability)
EV charger available upon request for an additional nightly fee
No smoking or open flames (candles, incense, etc.)
Guests do not have access to the third-floor accessory unit or its entrance
Additional charges apply for: lost keys, bringing pets, moving furniture, or leaving excessive mess

Additional Charges & Policies:

To ensure a smooth and respectful stay, please note that additional fees may apply in the following situations:

Lost keys or garage remotes: $150
Smoking or vaping anywhere on property: $250
Unauthorized pets: $400
Moving furniture without approval: $200
Exceeding the maximum of 10 guests: $400 per night
Unauthorized parties or events: Up to $4,000 fine + immediate cancellation without refund
Late checkout (if not pre-approved): $100 per hour
Excessive mess requiring extra cleaning: $200+ depending on condition
Unreported damage or missing items: cost of replacement/repair
