Great hospitality and very comfortable facilities. We were traveling as a family with one infant and were impressed with how family-friendly the whole experience was, including baby bath supplies at the onsen and special baby seats and tableware at meals. The staff also went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan) for the kaiseki dinners -- we just had to communicate this beforehand. The Tsukioka Onsen town shuttle also made it easy to get there without needing to rent a car. Highly recommended.

A big thank you to the employees who took care of us! Indeed, they took the time to completely change our evening meal in order to adapt to our dietary restrictions without having to pay extra. Despite the language barrier, because the staff do not speak English very well, our requests have all been treated with the utmost care. The room was up to the prestige of the hotel with impeccable hygiene! We highly recommend this accommodation!

夕食は、まずまず。朝飯のバイキングは、日本で有名な 泉慶様とは思えない程の、下品質でした。今回の日本の訪問で、4箇所の旅館／ホテルで朝飯を頂きましたが、その中で最下位だと思います。 過去に3回ほど泉慶様に宿泊させて頂きましたが、客室、スタッフのサ-ビスは、前回と同じなのに。 高品質なを保つのは難しいから、やり甲斐があるのに。 残念です。

요즘 지방에 있는 일본의 온천지는 관광객이 적어서 쓸쓸한 느낌을 피할 수 없는데 시라타마 노 유 센케이는 숙박객이 꽤 많아서 활기찬 분위기임. 단체 관광객도 꽤 있어 보임. 공동탕은 온천수에서 유황냄새가 나면서 아주 깨끗하게 관리되어 있있음. 저녁식사는 일품요리가 이어져서 나오는 형식인데 정갈하지만 크게 화려한 것을 기대 안하는게 좋겠다 조식은 부페식인데 사람이 몰리는 시간대엔 꽤 번잡함 식사 내용은 보통의 수준임
