「a little tricky to find... apartment is fine, functional.」

「First, there are some pros to this apartment, but my experience was far from ideal. The smell in the apartment was overwhelming. It was so strong that I couldn’t sleep, and it persisted throughout my entire 3-day stay. The odor seemed to permeate everything—walls, curtains, and the entire living space. The owner kindly offered a cleaning service to help deodorize the apartment, but it made little difference. While I understand that some factors may be out of the owner’s control, I believe the...

「Mattresses and linens were excellent. Elevator is convenient to the room. Intercom is a nice feature. Wish the door had an electronic lock. Getting a key out of a lockbox and having to share one key between 3 people was not ideal.」

「Staff was really friendly , facility was clean, and Location was near to waseda station.」

「No washing powder」

「Host was very responsive to messages. Apartment was very clean. Very functional space. Comfortable and convenient.711 and laundromat right outside the door. The short walk to the train station and the stairs up (one set) were no problem for us but may be an issue for those with mobility challenges.」
