"Fantastic airport hotel. It is clean, modern, comfortable, and extremely well run. The staff was excellent, and the airport shuttle was a huge plus. We had a 5:00 a.m. flight to Hong Kong, so staying here was a much better choice than leaving Zhuhai around 11:30 p.m. and traveling through the night. We were able to get some sleep, wake up, take the shuttle, and arrive at the airport relaxed instead of exhausted. The room was outstanding and very business-friendly. By U.S. standards, this felt like a six-star hotel. I have stayed in five-star hotels in the United States that were nowhere near as nice. Excellent value ($38/night), excellent staff, spotless room, and perfect for an early flight. I would absolutely stay here again."

"I had an excellent experience staying at the brand-new Hilton hotel in Guangzhou, China. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean, and truly deserves its five-star rating. Everything from the facilities to the service was outstanding. What really made my stay special was the exceptional service I received from Ano at the Concierge desk. He went far above and beyond to help me throughout my entire journey. When I first landed in Guangzhou, I quickly realized that my phone service was not working and that Uber was not available here. I was completely unfamiliar with how to get around, but Ano immediately stepped in and helped me set up the necessary Chinese apps, showed me how to use them, and taught me how to navigate the city. What impressed me even more was that on my last day, Ano was actually off work, but he still took the time to show me around and help me experience Guangzhou. That level of dedication and kindness is something I will never forget. Ano was always patient, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. As someone visiting Guangzhou for the first time, I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without him. Without Ano, I would have been completely lost! He made my trip so much easier, more enjoyable, and stress-free. Hilton is very fortunate to have someone like Ano on their team. His service represents exactly what five-star hospitality should be.
