I am always happy to stay here when I come to Guangzhou for work. The only inconvenience is getting in/out of the hotel through local streets, which very often slow traffic.
Recently, my favourite Chinese restaurant was merged with another higher-class one, and my favourite dishes are no longer on the menu.

Very clean room and the staff were lovely! It’s in a great location (the pedestrian street), and the walk from the nearest metro station is safe and takes you past lots of cute street food spots. The moon bridge and some bars are very close by too. Breakfast was a great spread of various Chinese dishes, but if you miss that, it’s not far to get to Shamian Island and a bunch of other sights. There’s an all day vending machine to get simple snacks and drinks on site. The rooftop is really cute too...
