"Loved the breakfast – everything was delicious, and there was a huge selection! We truly felt a warm welcome during our stay on the Royal Floor. Having a hot spring bath right in the room was such a special experience. The living room offers a great view of the harbor and the Mashu Maru ferry."

"The room was spacious, comfortable , and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The room had a convenient kitchen and access to all the amenities we needed. The onsen was relaxing and had various baths to choose from. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity and I highly recommend it to other travelers."

"Property was located a bit far away from the train stations but close to the airport. Staff was pleasant and courteous. The breakfast and dinner buffets were incredible! Plenty of choices and food was super fresh and delicious! Definitely would recommend this place for a relaxing few days. "

The roof onsen is great and although the Hotel was rather busy during my stay there was always room in the hot bath ( not crowded ） and for dinner may be 1 or 2 min waiting at the most. DO NOT MISS the dinner.. absolutely great.. stay with the all you can drink plan and you are doing more than fine! Absolutely recommendable hotel… tons of parking on top.. only 6 min by car from the airport!"
