「The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured.」

Key pad didn’t work, was hard to find emergency number as no one answered the main number and took about 45 minute and a few long distance calls to figure out key pad then to get a physical key as instructions are not very clear or they had wrong info sent on what to do to get the key vs using the key pad as it was...

「It had all the amenities we needed for a 10 day stay. It was spacious. The kitchen was useful. It was very spacious with a separate sitting and area, large shower/washing area with extra seperate room for the toilet. It was in a fairly quiet neighbourhood even though it's in Tokyo close to many central locations. There were a few minor issues. We had trouble with our door lock. The remote code didn't work and then when they gave us another code it wouldn't lock. It took them several days...

the place is convenient,.clean and spacious. The air con and hot water shower is strong, which is good. The vendor leaves many useful accessories such as clothes hangers, mop, etc. Please clean the ventilator since a little dust sticked on it, then it would be perfect.
