The room is small but had a washer/dryer, small refrigerator, microwave and hot pot in the room. The surrounding area has a lot of shops and restaurants. Reasonable rate."

"Hotel is in a great location. It is just across the street from the shinagawa station. From there you can get most places. Only negative is breakfast buffet. It is fairly pricey . The selection of western types of food is not up to par for the price. I would have expected an omelette station for the price. Food was generally not hot but maybe that is an asian thing. Overall the hotel is very good. There is a 7-11 just outside the hotel if you prefer a quick breakfast. Closest macdonalds is on the other side of the train station but not too far if you are looking for inexpensive breakfast. I would stay again because of access to the train station"
