"The hotel was outstanding as always. It’s our second time staying here and we find Daiichi Hotel perfect for location, staff helpfulness, classic decor and very comfortable rooms. It has a feel of old grand hotels to it, which makes it unique in the bustling Tokyo. We will stay here again for sure. "

"Immaculate room, comfortable beds and pillows; exquisite library of books to browse; lovely bathroom products (all bamboo), including products for a mini facial; joined in a wonderful walking tour organised by hotel (free, led by a local volunteer); easy 5 min walk to major metro lines; convenience stores very close; gluten free bread and separate toaster available on breakfast buffet, and top allergens listed for all foods (note that while wheat is specifically identified, other sources of gluten such as rye and barley are not). Breakfast was delightfully presented, quantities on display were smaller than usual , emphasising pleasure in eating and health rather than excess consumption (but food was still plentiful ) . Enjoyed breakfast sparkling wine ! "

"The hotel is very large, and right at a JR/subway station that's convenient for transportation. There are different places for breakfast within the complex - we ate at 3 different restaurants - all good. The Pivot was probably the nicest. "
