「The room was very clean and exactly like the photos. Great view, the balcony was great. Easy access to the train. Loved it. Highly recommend」

「The place was clean, close to a family mart. It had all you need for your trip.」

「Super clean spacious and the projector was cherry on top. Everything was nice, and i really appreciate the water in the fridge because when arrived we were thirsty. The bed was super comfortable, and everything was better than expected. The communication was instant and clear. This is one of my favorite stays so far.

「This is an amazing location. Great neighborhood lots of families walking and enjoying daily life. Not a tourist area so it really felt like an authentic visit. Restaurants were amazing. I'm a vegetarian (my family is not) and we all loved the choices. Great laundromat nearby. Would stay here again and again!」

「This was a great place for four adults. It is exactly as seen in pictures. Small, but clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood and convenient to ShinKoi station. We highly recommend for anyone staying in Tokyo.」

「The apartment was great, clean, and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed to be working class families. Plenty of places to eat and shop for groceries. A bit far from some of the major attractions but if you can deal with 20 extra minutes on the train its well worth it. 」

「We loved staying here. It was enough space for our family to spend time together, yet still have your own privacy. The view from the rooftop is amazing. We would definitely stay here again!!!」

「We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was easy to get everywhere as you are close to the train. More than enough space for our family of 7. Quiet neighbourhood.」

「Sean was amazing! He was always there to answer questions and made things very streamlined. The property is as listed. The location is in a quieter more residential area (which is something I wanted for my month long stay). There was still plenty of shops and restaurants, so you didn’t have to go into the city if you didn’t want to. Everyone was also extremely friendly and welcoming. The metro/train was only a quick 5-7 walk (depending on your pace) away. I’d definitely stay here again!」

「We enjoyed a pleasant stay at the apartment. Everything required is available there, and it sits close to a train station. The centre is 30 minutes away, and the price-to-quality ratio was well balanced. One point is that the apartment photos make the rooms appear larger than they are. As a final note, the futon could be higher quality for guests who use it; it was not especially comfortable on the first night, so we added more sheets underneath.」
