“Great stay overall. New hotel with stunning landscape. The rooftop onsen is amazing, strongly recommend to go. Hotel locates right on top of a new mall, various shops and restaurants around. Very convinience. Just one thing about the cleaniness of the house keeping which i concerned. There are 2 options for room keeping service: 1. Simple cleaning, 2. Full Cleaning. I feel quite upset that no matter which options I chose, the glasses nor the cups did not clean or change for me. The coffee stain……

“This hotel is exactly what we were looking for, a more traditional hotel at a quiet location away from the buzzling big cities. The facilities may be a bit dated compared to big brands, but the staff, the food, view and the serene surroundings more than make up the fancy gadgets that might not be available. We look forward to staying at this hotel again.”

“A small inn ran by an old couple; I didn't see much of the husband, he seemed to be busy doing various tasks around the property. The wife was a kind lady, who will help you easily if you need it, she also has a decent grasp of English so you shouldn't need much google translate, especially if you know a bit if Japanese yourself. ”

“Just incredible! We stayed for two nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. The view was stunning, the traditional breakfast was a delight for both the eyes and the stomach, and the two ladies who run the ryokan were absolutely adorable. I loved every moment of our stay and I would love to come back!”
