"Location is good and metro station and a lot of shops are around the hotel. Very nice and clean room. Staffs are helpful. But laundry machines are always full so I need to wait a lot of time to wait or wash it in the early morning"
"The hotel is conveniently located right outside the Nihombashi exit of Tokyo Station. So it was very convenient to get to the hotel from Narita airport by coach and even limousine bus to go back (if you have two check in bags).
Room is clean, moderate size. I didn’t choose room with view but it was fine as I only stayed for sleep."
"Self-check-in is a little difficult, but helpful staff are ready to assist. Great location with clean and tidy rooms. I'll definitely return for my next Tokyo trip."
