"Really liked the hotel and the view would have been awesome if the rain didn’t show up same time as us. Pretty sure Mount Fuji was hiding behind the clouds"

"AC ok not blew hot air so staff only offered a fan and told us to leave the window open. The exterior lights from the building across the street lit up the room all night because we had to leave the curtains open to let the air in. The fan was plugged in next to the bathroom with the sketchy cord strung across the floor under the door way. My partner tripped over the fan cord in the middle of the night causing bruises on her leg. So we did not get a good sleep and sustained injuries. Next day sucked walking around tired and sore but we had our sight seeing itinerary to fulfill. Second night we just grabbed our things put the key in the self checkout box and moved to another hotel with AC "

"The shops and Fujisawa station were close by (Conveniant store across the road directly in front if the hotel was great for snacks). Staff were very helpful and understood english very well"

"The hotel was very welcoming and very clean. We had their breakfast daily and used their laundry facilities. We enjoyed the fact that there were convenience stores nearby and a wonderful grocery store. The hotel is two minutes from the Fujisawa train station."

"This place is a hidden gem. It's less than 10 minutes walk (we walk pretty fast) from the Fujisawa Station. On the way, there are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store. Our room was beautiful and spacious. We stayed in one of the rooms with a lift so it felt like a 2-bedroom for our party of 3. Be sure to stop by the coffee shop to try their caramel pudding with homemade ice cream and specialty coffees that are roasted in house! We will definitely come back again to explore more of the nearby areas. "
