"I arrived after 6:00 pm. Office was not staffed. Called a number on the door and finally a person arrived. His iPad wasn’t charge to check my reservation. I waited while he went to my room and changed bedsheets? Finally got my reservations confirmed and given a key to the room. Room was ok. No soap so I used my shampoo to wash up before bedtime. During the night a huge bug was in my sink. It jumped into the shower where I smashed it. I regret staying there. I kept my socks on my feet and in the morning they were filthy from the dirty floor."

"The unit was very clean. The view was gorgeous. Only there two nights did not have any issues. Cleanliness for me is a big deal and I felt very comfortable there."

"The house is an amazing location. It’s very quiet and secluded. The town has a lot of decent restaurants a great pizza place and a few places to have a drink. The cemetery park was good and the museum park had the best sunset. Pet friendly restaurants!"

"John and Anne thank you so much for allowing us to stay. All of the kids had a great time and I enjoyed myself as well. The RV was perfect a nice big king size bed that all the kids slept in together and I slept on the mattress in the living room it was perfect! The scenery of nature was awesome loved the 10-minute drive to fanning springs and we enjoyed that outdoor pit a lot. This will stay on our list of places to visit again"

"They no longer have a spa. This is a very old place, while the rooms were clean and orderly, they're very outdated. But that is part of the charm. The restaurant however is excellent. Great food at a very reasonable price."

"The place is very run down , the people running it are rude to say the least , the few people who were staying there were unsavory, we did not feel safe there or feel comfortable leaving our vehicle unattended. We asked for a refund and were rudely refused . Would never recommend anyone to stay . "
