"This hotel was a great way to start the New Year. We enjoyed the hotel and the Onsen and got a massage at the hotel. Our only feedback is the shuttle. The timing and the details on the shuttle are not great. We would recommend working on it. "

"Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. "
