Very nice service and good housekeeping

Same as the brand always did, everything is perfect and located right in the center of the city. Only downside, you have to find the staff everytime you park or get the car, a bit troublesome and annoying.

Quiet location, a lot of parking space. Stylish design and very clean room. Convenient store just across the street. Polite staff. Only draw back maybe not many hotel facilities.

Clean and tidy room, free parking and nice staff with simple breakfast

Really comfortable mattress and sheets, good shower water power. Great value for the money.

Overall my stay here is great. Highly recommend!

Very nice and comfortable hotel to stay over the weekend.

New and super clean with a very big public bath. Rooms were spacious and comfort. Very convenient as it located just besides the JR station with to s if restaurants and shops around.

Small serviceable hotel in a quiet town. The hotel itself is nicely maintained, with spacious and clean rooms. We liked the fact that it's located in a very convenient part of town, with a convenience store across the street, and some good breakfast diners just further down. The Mito train station (with a nice attached mall) is only 10 minutes' walk away.

Nice hotel room, clean, friendly staffs and near JR station.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever lived in Utsynomiya. I visit to Utsynomiya once a year, and it is hardly find an affordable while comfortable hotel. Finally, I am able to find one. Highly recommend this hotel. I stayed in this hotel for three nights. Room is spacious. The hotel itself is convenient as it is located nearby the JR station. Staff are helpful and polite. There are many options in the breakfast buffet. I will choose to stay here again.
