「It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.」

「This property exceeded all expectations. Check in was easy. Staff was Super nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean and updated. The free breakfast was fantastic and the lady preparing was a sweetheart. We will definitely stay here again in the future. 」
