"Came up for a VCU open house, needed a little extra space with a pullout sofa bed. Thw first room we checked into had a slight issue and management quickly changed rooms. Hotel staff was extremely friendly. The location is great, 5 minutes from Short Pump and 20 minutes from downtown Richmond "
