The room was good and the food was good. The staff were really good especially the restaurant staff. In fact, since the manager Gary has 'not' been here it's been a huge improvement.
I enjoyed my stay ,Staff were very friendly ,and curtious and polite , The room was very nice ,only down side was the bed it was very uncomfortable far to soft ,
The check-in process was a nightmare, machines weren’t working and it couldn’t find the booking. Took awhile for a staff member to appear and help, but it took 10 minutes for him to complete checkin.
The room felt damp, and smelled musty. Beds were comfortable. Room was noisy, you could hear every movement from the room above. A kid was running up and down the hallway above us at about 10pm. Shower was above the bath, it was very high, twice I slipped getting out as there was no rubber mat. The other party uses a walking stick and couldn’t use the shower or bath as it was unsafe. I feel the room was extremely over-priced for the quality of the stay. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again
